I've been going t...I love these entries you do. I've been going through a sort of "spiritual journey" the past year or so as well, reading books and articles that draw from Buddhism and other philosophies that focus on the importance of being present, peaceful, content with what you have, etc. And I've found that it has had a profound impact on me for the better.
